How can I make an appointment?
We have several options available. You can call or text us at 208-323-2294 or email us at ewfd@emeraldwest.net. We also offer online scheduling for hygiene/cleaning appointments.
What insurance companies are you providers for?
We are providers for most insurance companies, including Delta Dental, Blue Cross and other PPO plans. Please check with your insurance company to verify if we are providers for your particular insurance.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer CareCredit and Wells Fargo Financing. We also accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.
