We love Emerald West Dental! Just took our 3 year old for her first visit and they went above and beyond. They made her feel so comfortable and excited about going to the Dentist. Naomi, our hygienist, was excellent and treated our daughter with such kindness and gentleness! They gave her a pair of gloves and a mask, and now she takes care of her babies’ teeth at home. She loves the dentist! I would highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Dr. Chad Hess & crew for over 33 years. I have sent many patients to him, he’s seen my family through regular dental stuff... braces... wisdom teeth.... crowns...etc. We are now to our grandchildren just beginning their dental ‘careers’.. I know that EMERALD WEST DENTAL will continue to take the same great care of them that they have with us!

Everything about this office is amazing!! The front office staff is super helpful, the doctors are friendly and the facilities are warm and inviting. I'm one of those people who gets stressed out and self-conscious about going to the dentist, but there wasn't a second that I felt judged or uncomfortable. If you're looking for a dentist, this is a place that is safe and you will be welcomed as soon as you pick up the phone and walk through the door.
